Delivery Questions:
 + How much is delivery?
If your order is being posted to the UK, delivery is free, no matter how much your order comes to. However, if your order is being posted to any other country in the world, we charge a flat rate, £1 delivery charge per order.
+ I am in the UK - how long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
If you are based in the UK, we post your items using Royal Mail First Class, so in most cases you should get them the next working day after you place your order (if your order is received after 4pm). So, for example, if you place your order on a Wednesday at 3pm, there is a strong chance you will get it on the Thursday. But if you place your order on a Saturday at 3pm, the odds are that you will get your parcel on Tuesday, as it will not be posted out until the next working day, which in this case would be the Monday. We do not guarantee these times, as we cannot promise that Royal Mail First Class means a next day delivery. However, in most cases, we find this happens. At Chrismas, or in times of extreme weather, parcels can be slower.
+ I am based in Europe - how long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
In most cases, parcels delivered in Europe should arrive within 5-7 days.
+ I am based outside Europe - how long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
In most cases, parcels delivered outside Europe should arrive within 7-12 days.
Sizing Questions:
+ How can I make sure I get the right size nursing bra?
Most people choose the right bra first time, so the odds are you should get it right. On the left hand side of this page, we have a size chart. Choose your size from this chart and this will then show you all the bras available in this size. If you pick a bra that does not fit you, pop it back to us (you need to pay for postage back to us) and we will either give you a full refund or we will swap it over for you.
+ What if I am not sure which bra size I should choose?
If you are not sure about which size nursing bra to pick, we recommend you choose a Bravado nursing bra. Rather than having to choose an exact size (for example 34DD), you can pick a size range (for example, Medium). This flexible sizing system means you are more likely to get the right size. It also means that if your size changes (as is often the case in your nursing months), you will have extra room to grow or shrink into your new bra.
+ What do I do if I pick a bra that is not a good fit?
Just post of back to us (see our "hassle free returns" page for details) and we will either give you a full refund or exchange the bra for a better fitting bra. You have 45 days from getting your bras to post them back to us.

+ How long have I got to return by bras?
You have up to 45 days from the point where you get your bras to get them back to us for a refund or an exchange.
+ How can I return the bras back to you?
With each order we send out, we pop a card in the box which has instructions on how to return the items to us. Please note, you must pay for postage for any items back to us.

Making sure your order is right first time:
+ How many breastfeeding bras should I buy?
We think that you should buy at least 3 bras - one to wear, one in the wash, and the third in case you have a leakage onto the bra you are wearing. Please note, this is just a guide though!!
+ What If I am looking for a pretty nursing bra?
If yo would like something pretty, we suggest you choose a nursing bra from Hotmilk - they are really beautiful! + Do you sell underwired nursing bras?

+ How about a nursing bra I can sleep in?
If you require a sleep nursing bra, we have some lovely options from Bravado Designs. Please see our section called "Sleep Nursing Bras" on the left
+ How about if I am not sure on what my size is - which nursing bras should I look at?
Have a look at Bravado bras - they have a much more flexible sizing system than most bras.
