How much is delivery?
If your order is being posted to the UK, delivery is free, no matter how much your order comes to. However, if your order is being posted to any other country in the world, we charge a flat rate, £1 delivery charge per order.
I am in the UK - how long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
If you are based in the UK, we post your items using Royal Mail First Class, so in most cases you should get them the next working day after you place your order (if your order is received after 4pm). So, for example, if you place your order on a Wednesday at 3pm, there is a strong chance you will get it on the Thursday. But if you place your order on a Saturday at 3pm, the odds are that you will get your parcel on Tuesday, as it will not be posted out until the next working day, which in this case would be the Monday. We do not guarantee these times, as we cannot promise that Royal Mail First Class means a next day delivery. However, in most cases, we find this happens. At Chrismas, or in times of extreme weather, parcels can be slower.
I am based in Europe - how long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
In most cases, parcels delivered in Europe should arrive within 5-7 days.
I am based outside Europe - how long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
In most cases, parcels delivered outside Europe should arrive within 7-12 days.
