Wow… with the eBay and PayPal drama I’ve been having, I was shocked to receive an email from PayPal today saying that my account was restored. Thank goodness, because now I can file a dispute with the person I bought two Aeropostale purses from on April 10th and STILL haven’t received them. Now, being as impatient as I am, I do understand that things tend to take a little longer when coming from the States due to customs etc., but because the seller is completely ignoring my emails I decided to file the claim.
All I have asked is when and IF the purses were even sent and if she can provide a tracking number. Do you think that is a hard email to answer? I don’t. She’s obviously still active because she has new listings on eBay all the time, and her feedback shows that she’s shipped to some pretty happy customers recently (Ohhhhhhhhhh fast shipping, A++++++!!!!!!!). Well, there are a few negatives in there too, for not keeping communication with customers — oh, big surprise!
So, I filed my claim, I want a refund. I paid a good amount of money for these purses and I want it back.

Horaayy..there are 2 comment(s) for me so far ;)
that sucks! i am having trouble with ebay also. they block you way to quick before you can get in contact with someone
I never buy anything from anybody unless they have perfect feedback, or they have a lot (like thousands) and they only have a few negatives. Or basically a good positive percent if they have a real lot of feedback.
I don’t really look for one of a kind items though. Usually it’s something where I can choose from a lot of sellers.
